You cannot end what does not exist, thankfully. But if you want to end all socially backed programs (i.e. taxpayer funded), that means no more military, our infrastructure crumbles to rubble, 90% of education ends, buh bye SOCIAL Security, police, firefighters, etc. etc. And, yeah, all those red states who backed Trump go completely broke since they take the lion's share of SOCIAL funding. Brilliant plan! Perhaps consider moving to North Korea to get what you want.
