Architectural Sheet Metal Shop Fabricator Entry level position available, no experience necessary. We are willing to train hard working individuals who are interested in learning valuable skills in the construction industry. We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic shop assistant to join our growing team. In this entry level position, you will assist shop supervisors and project managers with a variety of tasks, while learning the basics of manufacturing including how to operate machinery. If you are willing to learn new skills, enjoy working with your hands, and get excited when hardware and tools go on sale, you could be an ideal fit for this shop assistant job. Shop Worker: This position requires that workers can learn how to: • Operate hand tools and metalworking machines including a forklift • Load and unload delivery trucks • Stock raw materials in appropriate quantities • Fabricate products of the desired dimensions and properties • Inspect work to ensure product quality • Clean and maintain equipment as directed We offer on the job training for all aspects of shop fabricators duties.
