Guitarist looking to start an original Death Metal project. Something casual since I do have a full time day job so we'll be working on it on weekends, maybe every other weekend. I am 34 and have been playing for 17 years. I have some practice space but not enough to accommodate a drummer. Not looking to be a cover band, there's enough of those out there already. 420 friendly but nothing harder than that please. I generally write in drop C. I can sing a bit but I prefer not to be the lead. Not looking to write personal or political lyrics but anything else goes. Let's write and record a 3 or 4 song demo and see how it goes. Also not looking to spend big bucks on a studio, producer, mixer, etc. I'm very DIY and we can still sound good without all the expense crap. I'm very easy going and you should be too. Let's keep it causal and write some badass Death Metal riffs while it's still trendy. My influences are Cannibal Corpse, Behemoth, Meshuggah, Blood Incantation, Bolt Thrower, Suffocation, Tomb Mold.
