Construction Field Team Member -- Out of State Travel! Housing and travel provided Earn up to $85,000 per year $45 Daily Pier Diem Allowance Typically 50-60 hours per week Manual Laborer and Driving Duties Apply online Requirements: • Construction experience a plus • Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening • Pass Background Check, no felonies in the last 5 years • Minor maintenance on vehicles and trailers • Able to speak, read and write in English • Lots of out of state travel • Operate forklifts and skid steers • Load trailers and secure loads • Load and secure equipment • Able to lift, push, pull 75 lbs., heavy lifting of pipe necessary • Pass DOT physical • Clean MVR - NO DUI's in the last 5 years • Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections • Knowledge of log book record keeping a plus Team Members will advance and will earn raises with increase in ability/knowledge: Pass our welding qualifications = Raise MIG Welding, Stick and Wire Feed Weld Vertical, Overhead and Flat Welding Plate to Plate Welding Pipe to Plate Learn to operate (safely and proficiently) our specialized equipment Rock Drill = Raise Auger Drill = Raise Pile Stander = Raise Pile Installer = Raise We are an Interstate Transportation & Construction Company; these Team Member positions contain safety affecting job duties that fall under the Motor Carrier Exemption act and are therefore exempt from overtime paid at time and 1/2 for hours over 40.
