Yard is overgrown with weeds that need to be pulled by by hand and removed. Approximately 1 acre lot but only the backyard needs to be weeded.
The backyard is xeriscaped with rocks and crushed granite. No grass. Totally overgrown with weeds, sunflowers, large grasses, etc.
