WashingtonEngineering looks to hire 2 Painter (min. 4 hours) on both Friday & Saturday 16/17 Sept 2022 (10:30am start-time first day) 1) Application of Exterior Paint Removal Compound (Friday 16 Sept 2022) Using masonry/paint tools apply Heavy Duty Dumond Peel Away compound to exterior roof eves & window seals of front side of home. Maximum eve/window height is 8ft in front section of home. Next apply compound on one side of the roof gable vent wood work section. Also apply to soffit & fascia of roof eves. This side section is 18ft to 20ft off ground. Lastly apply paint removing compound to house backside roof eves (soffit & fascia). This section is 24fit off ground. 2) Paint removal, wash down, application of new oil based exterior paint (Saturday 17 Sept 2022) (Start time 7:30am second day) -- Remove Dumond compound along with oil paint -- Lightly wash down areas where paint is removed -- Repaint external surfaces with white exterior oil based paint Individual must be a U.S. Citizen at least 18 years old with a valid U.S. driver’s license. Highest rate for Painters who provide via email proof of trade and/or contractor licenses within either the state of Virginia or North Carolina. One hour break without pay but Lunch will be provided on-site at 4 ½ hour mark. -- I shall supply ladders with plank, paint remover, masonry/paint tools for applying paint remover, white exterior Latex/Oil based paint, and paint brushes.
