As Field Operations Shift Supervisor you will oversee teams in the field responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and repositioning vehicles across cities. It is a hands-on role offering a broad set of responsibilities based on the dynamic day-to-day patterns and usage of vehicles in our cities. As a Field Operations Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the health of our fleet and in bringing safe, reliable rides to users every day. This role is a FULL-TIME opportunity hired directly through Wheels Labs Operations, Inc. at our Bowling Green, Kentucky location! What You'll Do: Lead and motivate members of the Field Operations team. Manage worker schedules, clock in/out, attendance, and productivity. Assist and direct the Field team in the collection and repositioning of vehicles. Ensure vehicles are positioned and charged according to business targets. Monitor real-time market data and provide reports to internal stakeholders. Quickly identify issues and provide recommendations on how to resolve them. Use mobile applications to capture operational data, track fleet activity, and locate missing vehicles. Work both independently and in teams. What You'll Need: Experience working in logistics, operations, or equivalent fields. Experience leading teams or delivering results through others. Excellent oral and written communication skills; focused on driving action. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Rigorous attention to detail and strong data management skills. A smartphone and strong proficiency in using mobile technology. Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Suite data tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Flexible schedule and able to regularly work on nights and weekends. Experience in asset management or recovery is a plus. All warehouses' work areas/stations are separated by at least 6 feet. Hand washing/sanitizing stations are located at each entrance and throughout the facilities. Work areas/tools/vans are sanitized before and after each shift. All inbound and outbound devices at our warehouse are sanitized with disinfectants and UV wands.
