We are a Houston based Repo company and have an opening for an office/lot assistant Monday- Friday from 9am-5pm. *Must have drivers license, transportation and cell phone *Must have no theft related or serious criminal background *Must be drug free *Once trained you must be able to work independently and be a problem solver *Must have basic computer knowledge, data entry, scanner, printer ect... *You will be working indoors and outdoors *Being Bilingual is a plus but definitely not necessary This job will require you to be outside on our lot to meet transporters, debtors and obtain signatures and ensure that you are documenting, bagging and organizing items taken out of vehicles. Organize vehicles on the lot and identify them. You will be in the sun and weather at times when dealing with debtors and transporters on the lot but will have your own office to do the paperwork. You have to be an emotionally tough person to do this job. We repo cars so the people that you engage on a daily basis will sometimes be hard to deal with. Remember this is not an office only job, you will be in and out of the office all day. The hours of work will be from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday with flexibility with notice. You will be dealing with other peoples property on a daily basis so you must be Trustworthy. No experience needed - except for basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn - we will teach you everything you need to know.
