I have some HVAC work needed (2 systems detailed cleaned and vents hung back up) in our office 1500 square feet office here in Franklin. Small HVAC crew will work fine. Pretty straightforward work, newer 2008 build, wide open exposed drop ceiling that makes access easy. Looking for someone that can check it out today/tomo at the latest and get it done as we are remodeling the space to move our staff into immediately. If you're available, send me an email with when you can come out and your general rates/charges along with a phone number. Too many folks can't read, so we won't reply to those without this basic info. I expect it to be 10-12hrs of work max for two to three person if they are skilled with HVAC. I'm a licensed GC and we need this work quite often as we buy 15-20+ properties every month. We'd love to give you consistent work if you do quality work at a fair price. This is 1099 work, not W2 or under the table BS. Thanks!
