PURVIS Systems is seeking a Management Analyst to work directly with the Temporary Alteration (TEMPALT) Installation team. This support involves logistical planning and execution of system installation and removal. Responsibilities: Working closely with subject matter experts and Navy military and civilian personnel, the Management Analyst will: Maintain complex installation schedules.Support configuration management tracking of both system software and hardware.Write, update and review naval messages. Maintain tracking matrix.Shipping and administration of material transfers. Generate shipping documents (DD1149s).Generate Memorandums of Agreements (MOAs) for all installations, grooms and removals.Clone system drives to support installations. Generate the required documentation for transmittal of classified hardware and equipment to platforms.Track return of material, working closely with the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility personnel.Monitor TYCOM schedules for changes in order to schedule installations, removals and training.Generate and edit monthly TUBA schedule.Generate and maintain Platform binders.Participate in technical meetings and prepare meeting minutes/action items.Inventory control of classified safes.Provide support for laboratory operations. Maintain and update access lists, visitor logs, and swipe access reports. Maintain report of security container records and controls, visitor card keys and accounts. Qualifications: Management Analyst must be: Proficient with MS OfficeKnowledgeable of security requirements and administration.Experience using the Base Inventory Tracking System (BITS), a plus. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Candidate for Management Analyst must possess: Bachelor degree in a business or technical field. Equivalent years of experience may be considered.3-7 years of professional work experience. Candidate must have or be able to obtain a government security clearance to the level of SECRET.
