Need publics help in exposing this “hood Rat” she’s a con artist and has fraudulently stole money from elderly and others She rents your apartment and applys for all government assisted programs to be shielded from ny eviction laws Has done numerous times stole from disabled as well I’ve contacted NYPD as well there investigate haven’t found hear yet She works & Frequently stays in New York although she goes to Texas Houston her name is Zandria Harrold DOB is 9/1/1971 Last 4 ss # are 9854 Help me put her behind bars
