Seeking handymen/contractors to perform work on pre-foreclosure and REO properties. Looking for coverage of asset in Driggs, ID. Work typically includes securing, trash removal, bi-weekly grass cuts, landscaping, janitorial, minor repairs, fencing, etc. This opportunity would be best suited for a vendor within or in close proximity to Driggs, as procurement of "Before" photographs is necessary to supplement bids we present to client. If a local vendor cannot be procured, trip charges may be entertained upon approval for vendors originating in surrounding areas. The ability to take large batches (100+ in may cases) of digital photos and compress / send via mediums such as Dropbox, Google Photos, or emailed zip files is mandatory. Vendors receiving significant work volumes must possess General Liability Insurance, however this is not mandatory during the ramp-up process. The process will begin with a bid for Sheriff Eviction and Securing, which is to be conducted after client approval. Applicants with existing Aspen Grove background check ABC#s will be given special consideration. Please mention in reply if you are in possession of an existing ABC#.
