Join us for a refresh of simple practices to bring more gratitude, forgiveness, and calm focus into your daily life. This workshop will be a "reset" with inspirational talks, mindful meditation, and gentle movement practices. You will walk away from this experience with a sense of how to bring more mindful practice into your daily life in accessible ways. A light, healthy lunch will be provided.
Ginny Johnson will facilitate your meditation & mindfulness workshop. Ginny has received training in the ways of mindfulness from Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach's teacher certification program. Ginny's calm and grounded way of making her an approachable and helpful guide.
