Chef Schilly will be smoking wings and cauliflower on his giant smoker, DJ Jon will be spinning tunes, and enjoy a heckuva steal on beer. Sample Fork Food Lab member-made hot sauces with your wings - buy as few or as many wings as you like! Sign up to try the LAST DAB - a hot sauce that hits a whopping 2 million on the Scoville Scale - for reference, jalapeños average 2500-8000, and habaneros 150,000-575,000 - so we're saying this sauce is HOTTTTT. 🔥 Rain or shine - we'll be outside in the parking lot if the weather allows, or move it inside if the weather turns. $5 cover, proceeds go to support Fork Food Lab's upcoming expansion!
