Hello Southeast Oklahoma Math Teachers’ Circle!We are so excited to return to in-person Math Teacher's Circle meetings! We've missed sharing a meal with you, catching up on news, and then having a great time sharing our love of all things math! This month, Dr. Mary Harper, ECU Mathematics Department Chair and Director of Math Teacher Certification has a great evening planned! "What would you do with a Chip...(and a resource text)?!?! Hmm...please join us to solve the mystery! We all need a break to be challenged and to do something we love, and this is your invitation! Dinner will be provided so please join us as we gather to meet old friends and make new friends! Along with the great conversation, food, learning new perspectives on math manipulatives, and prizes, you will also earn 1.25 hours of professional development. Near the end of the meeting, we'll ask you to verify your email address to insure you will receive your PD certificate. ..and then it will be time for a chance to win door prizes! On Monday, October 3rd, a last-minute reminder about the event will be emailed to you. We are so excited to be part of the Math Teachers’ Circle network and hope you will join us!
