Hello yogis! *IMPORTANT: *It can be little difficult to find a spot to park at that time of the day, I definitely recommend coming a little bit earlier ! *Class is weather permitting, please check my Instagram @jessandyoga for updates before class starts if the weather looks iffy. We are going to move through a gentle full body flow yoga vinyasa style connect to the breath 🌊 with the beautiful beach view, the best way to end your day! Class is 45 to 60 minutes long. What To Bring: A yoga mat or large beach towel/blanket. Comfy clothes and water ! The best set up is to place a large blanket or beach towel on the sand and place your mat on top of it. This allows for a much larger range of practice space without sand getting on your mat.
