We are now enrolling for our next women's 6 week Self Defence training session. This is a 6 week workshop that will be held on Thursday nights from 7-8:30pm We are in a small space so we ask that small children be left at home or with a sitter as we do not provide childcare and do not have the space for sitting on the sidelines. DO YOU HAVE A DAUGHTER AGES 12-18? Her cost is FREE! We want our youth to be able to defend themselves against attackers / kidnappers! Cost: $79 Please wear tight fitting clothing, yoga or exercise clothes. You will be taking your shoes off on the mats. Bring a water bottle
