Description
Breathwork with Essential Oils and Sound Healing: starts right at 2pm, doors at 1:30pm WARNING: This class will create a massive positive shift in your life the very first time! The most common statement I hear most often after my Breathwork Class is “Oh My God! that felt like 20 years of therapy without saying a word, I released and let go of everything!” Breathwork is a purely experiential thing that’s different for everybody and different every time you do it, so it’s impossible to describe but one thing is guaranteed and that is that you will feel completely different than how you felt when you came in. It’s undeniable. Liz will explain the technique and some of the things you may experience and then we will get started with the breathwork portion of class. After the Active Breathing (There’s a little bit of work in Breathwork) she’ll take you through a sound bath that will leave you FILLED with Gratitude and Love. Class Location: The Roland Park Community Center 5802 Roland Ave, Baltimore, MD 21210 (THIS IS A VERY LARGE SPACE!!!! The largest one I could find with parking!!!!!!!!!!!!! Covid Precautions: We are using the biggest space we’ve ever rented before as to allow for more space between people, however we do not recommend doing this particular Breathwork technique whilst wearing a mask so if you’re not comfortable not wearing a mask you can contact me to set up a private session. Breathwork is a powerful technique for exploration, discovery, healing, and personal growth. Working with the breath enables you to take better care of yourself and release beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you. Most people leave breathwork sessions feeling clearer, calmer, more content and relaxed. You’ll breathe to a curated playlist to enhance the experience and help you focus. When we saturate our bodies with oxygen it helps clear negative emotions and traumas from our sympathetic nervous system, reduce stress, as well as a variety of other stored emotional experiences. This Breathwork technique bi-passes the critic in our brain and talks directly to the body. Breathwork has the ability to help us reduce stress and open our up creativity. Currently, breathwork is being used on Veterans with PTSD and they are having great success in the reduction of symptoms. After a few minutes of breathing, you may feel a tingly sensation of energy vibrating through your body, moving the stuck energy in your system. Many people report having profound experiences. Your experience will be unique to you and your path. Breathwork is different for everyone and different every time you do it. Benefits of Breathwork • Release toxins from the body • Increase Energy and Boost Immune System • Strengthen your lungs and breathing capacity • Increase Self-Awareness • Eliminate Chronic Pain • Improve Sleep (don’t use the circular breath right before bed) • Helps Digestion • Release Trauma and Fear • Explore Altered States of Consciousness, Consciously • Increase Self-Love • Emotional Balance • Increased Self-Confidence • Massive Stress Relief and Deep Relations • Anxiety and Depression Relief Many more that you will discover for yourself on your journey.
