This is a hands-on introduction to Arduino taught by Clark Wood. Attendees would bring their own laptop (Windows preferred*) and the class would provide everything to connect to the Arduino, program the Arduino with the IDE, and modify the program (aka sketch). During the class we will cover what Arduino is, as well as how and why you use it. Attendees would take their programmed Arduino home with them and will have learned how to go further. This is appropriate for brand new users and for folks who may have tried to get going with an Arduino in the past. Hope to see you there!
*NOTE: if you have a Mac or Linux laptop, please install the Arduino IDE on it before the class.
Note from the Instructor: You will bring your laptop and we will provide the Arduino (clone) and the parts to get it running, including a thumb drive of class materials. You will get it set up and then take it all with you!
