Heather Placer Mull, CCIM, is an associate broker who brings to the table 23+ years of experience in the real estate industry. She started as a residential appraiser, converting to commercial real estate 14 years ago, mostly in the Richmond region. Partner (and husband!) Ryder Mull joined Heather in selling commercial real estate in 2020, after a 20+ year career in the corporate management and restaurant business.In 2010 Heather earned the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute. As an appraiser, she has specialized in various forms of retail, office, land, multifamily, and specialty use properties. She has also performed market commercial rent analysis, marketability and feasibility studies, and various consulting assignments. To date, she has completed over 1,500 commercial appraisals and over 4,000 residential appraisals. Heather is a member of Costar, the leading national commercial MLS. In 2017 she earned the coveted CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Manager designation from the CCIM Institute.
