Thank you for joining LandOn A Cure’s first annual Roll-a-Thon! We are so excited to see everyone's wheels ROLLING FOR A CURE! Our goal is to raise money to help kids battling rare genetic diseases. All event proceeds go directly towards medical research. Through community support we are actively advancing genetic research, and advocating for patient accessible treatments - with your help we WILL land on a cure!Ticket Information: Tickets are $25 per person, all ages are welcome! All ticket sales and proceeds go directly to LandOnACure, an organized 501c3 nonprofit foundation - all contributions all tax deductable. Currently we are actively funding medical research at Nationwide Childrens and Rarebase. We send every dollar to the doctors who are working on treatments to help our kids. Every contribution brings us one step closer to a cure!THANK YOU! Event Details Wheels:Please come with anything that has wheels! Some examples include: bike, trike, scooter, skateboard, roller skates, wheelchair, gait trainer, stroller, wagon, etc. Course:We will have the course marked along the park pathways for different levels of participation; a short loop, middle loop, and long loop. Feel free to roll in anywhere you feel comfortable! Costumes & Fun!Halloween is coming up and we LOVE costumes! Roll up in costume for a chance to win an awesome prize! There will be music, snacks, drinks and games after the Roll-a-Thon race! All are welcome to stay and have some fun! Treatment Update September 2022!Exciting news! The company working on Landon’s disease found viable options for drug treatment! We are about to launch Phase 2 to test these drugs; which could be life changing for Landon! Any development we find for Lando can help all kids battling rare disease. Your participation in LandOnACure’s Roll-a-Thon is helping make a huge difference! Let’s do this!
