Furnished rental company looking for a handyman/maintenance technician to help with property repairs, cleaning carpets, general painting, installing window shades, and other maintenance issues. Must have maintenance experience, ability to follow directions, accountability, and the ability to work as a team player. Must have a car and valid driver's license. Please provide a resume. Hours are generally 9-5, but can start a bit later or earlier. Busy season April-October, will need to work some Saturdays. $15-20
