Seeking Property maintenance person for Haverhill, Massachusetts area.
Must be able to:
Perform light carpentry tasks needed for all kinds of apartments emphasis on moldings, kitchen rehab, and bathrooms
Cleaning after apartment turnovers (includes painting, sanding floors)
Plan with the owner, to complete all stages of project.
Please have current drivers license
Seeking: Dependable, responsible individual. Able to work independently
Consistent and year round work.
Pay negotiable
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00- 3:30
