EAST PROVIDENCE, RI — East Providence Fire Department responded to a house fire on Leonard Avenue early Tuesday morning, according to fire officials. The blaze started at approximately 6:00 a.m. on the second floor of the home. Fire officials said everyone inside the building made it out safely and no injuries have been reported. No further information has been release and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
