Sip and Strut series is a next level, ankle weighted “hot girl walk” thanks to Equipt followed by a "Ten Minute Tone" bodyweight workout led by Two Toned Training.
This first ever Sip and Strut series will start and finish at one of Boston’s hottest venues, The Liberty. Post Hot Girl Walk, we'll hang out, DJ, and have activities for participants to socialize.
Boston Food List, Two Toned Training have designed this event to bring together fitness, fun and community. So come hang with us, get your steps in and meet some new people.
