Lisa earned her commission in the United States Marine Corps as a Distinguished Naval Graduate in 1984. This is unique because only about 80 women earned the title of Marine Officer that year. She has degrees in Technical Journalism and Human Resource Development. Following her service commitment, she continued her journey mastering her craft as a leader in varied companies including the University of Arizona, Guardian Life, Black & Decker, United Healthcare, and US Oncology. She sums up her varied roles under the heading of Change Agent. Her willingness to take on any challenge and lead her teams and organizations to successful outcomes speak to her Leadercraft skill -so far- and value as a trusted partner in her many endeavors.
