Each Wednesday Chef Paul will share a classic Italian pasta making technique. Each class features is hands on instruction, limited to ten participants. Ticket include beer + wine. September 14th Learn to make soft pillow-y Roasted Potato Gnocchi. Served with six- hour meat bolognese sauce, spinach & mixed green salad with ripe tomatoes, local honey cider dressing, chocolate mousse with mixed berries. September 21st Traditional Three cheese Ravioli served with a with blush vodka sauce, green salad with shrimp poached in still champagne, white balsamic vinaigrette tiramisù.
