Come join us for our NOVEMBER 2022 Basic AND Keychain Self-Defense class! **the keychain is a new addition and adding 4 hours to the Basic Course, you will be provided an additional manual and a KUBATON upon Graduation, completion of the Basic Course is mandatory before taking the Keychain Defense*** This dual class is a total of 16 hours; Dates and Times are as follows: (ALL dates must be attended in order to graduate) MONDAY NOV 7TH  Begining sharply at 6pm - 9pm WEDNESDAY NOV 9TH Begining sharply at 6pm - 9pm FRIDAY NOV 11TH Begining sharply at 6pm - 9pm WEDNESDAY NOV 16TH Begining sharply at 6pm - 9pm FINISHING UP  >> THURSDAY NOV 17TH Begining sharply at 6pm-approx. 10pm Each participant must be wearing tennis/basketball/aerobic shoes, or a lace up multipurpose athletic footwear; along with comfortable proper fitting athletic or suitable comfortable clothing; please bring a water bottle. These classes are meant for all levels of fitness /knowledge of defense; each technique is designed for easy learning and used as a quick strike to escape and you will be in control of your participation. RAPE is openly discussed in this class and therefore is recommended for ages 12 and up (anyone under the age of 18 will need a parental release form signed, under 16 will need to be accompanied by female adult/guardian). Each RAD Instructor is Certified by RAD Headquarters, all male instructors who assist in class are Law Enforcement or Retired Law Enforcement. WE'RE SO EXCITED TO HAVE YOU IN CLASS!
