TOPIC: Are you exhausted? Feeling a little apathetic? Experiencing a little burnout? Adults working with youth spend much of their time nurturing young people, yet often struggle to get grounded and rejuvenated. What kind of personal and professional renewal do we need in times like these? Come together to spend time reflecting on our own condition as leaders (and humans) and the impact of our organizational structures on our well-being. We will go on a search for as many sources of inspiration, energy, and joy we can find in our work and lives.
