Description

This class is a fun Kidding Around-style yoga. There will be music, dancing, games, meditation, a story, and a craft. Kids from 6-10 are welcome as a drop and shop (if the parents are comfortable). Registration is preferred, drop-ins if space allows. Taught by our own Colleen Schneider who is a special education teacher and certified Kidding Around Yoga teacher and has been working with young children in the Capital region for about 10 years. She has been practicing yoga herself for about 15 years and enjoys sharing her love for yoga with children.
