Black Cat Found on NE Fremont

Hi there, I have a petite black kitty cat showing up in my backyard nightly the last few nights. They appear to be all black with some sort of reflective color. Must be around 8 pounds, tiny thing, with the cutest golden eyes. Not vocal. Pretty standoffish, but curious. Will go to food and water, but only if I step back, otherwise I would have checked the collar. I hope this finds the right person as my cat is quite annoyed, haha. >^.^
