We need this project completed by 9/18 for an inspection we have next week! Current estimate we got is around $1,100. Looking to get a few more quotes. Project include: HVAC Not turning on. Needs new flouting switch cleaning drain line to turn it back on. Kitchen outlets need to be secured to the wall, they are loose. Kitchen faucet is missing hardware to secured recommend new faucet and replacement Kitchen sink securing and re-caulking The bathroom shower is broken and needs to be replaced Provide and install missing parts for shower valve showerhead and spout Please contact Elizabeth for Address/House access (809)697-8499.
