River Breeze Event Center has recreated and added to the excitement of those years! Want to check out a concert before our lunch? Go HERE for a list of their Friday night concerts. Knoxville's new favorite outdoor concert and event venue, the River Breeze Event Center is located just minutes from downtown. It first opened to the public in 1950, operating as the city's beloved Drive-In Movie Theater for over 30 years before shuttering its doors in 1980. Today, the 7+ acre property stretching along the Holston River, has been re-imagined as a state-of-the art outdoor venue. River Breeze Event Center hosts top notch local, national, and international concerts and entertainment events—almost year-round. Look for diverse concert bookings & event programming, delicious food & beverage offerings, and additional venue experiences unique to Knoxville (river float, anyone?). *You may wish to wear comfortable shoes as we will be walking across grass/gravel to the covered pavilion. We will have an outdoor picnic (weather permitting) or we will be inside the VIP center. There is plenty of parking for our event and handicap/"up front" parking will be available.
