We are currently looking for candidates to join our team to clean and maintain residential and commercial solar panel systems. Experience with PV systems preferred but not necessary. We are CA leading solar panel cleaning and maintenance service provider dedicated to improving the efficiency of solar panels and the cleanliness of homes and businesses in our service area through various services such as window cleaning, window screen repair, pressure washing, gutter cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Job Requirements Physical ability to lift and carry ladders and up to 50 pounds of equipment on sloped and uneven terrain with loose, irregular surfaces covered with materials such as gravel, leaves, pine needles and other plant debris (wet or dry). - must be available to work on the road up to 2 weeks at a time - ability to work on a 40ft. ladder - comprehend spoken and written instructions in English - professional appearance and personality - reliable, punctual and responsible - attention to detail - able to follow directions - fast learner - reliable transportation to various job sites - must not be afraid of heights No experience necessary but prior experience in any of our service categories is a plus Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (no accidents and 1 or less points) is a plus Compensation: Entry level $18.00 to $22.00 /hour for service technicians (ST) $22.00 to $25.00 /hour for lead service technicians (LST) Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am – 6pm Some weekend work may be required with overtime.
