concrete removal and haul away

Approximately 270 square feet. I need a price ???????? Could be square foot price. I tried to show where to stop at 2 different walkways and patio to be removed. Small amount of concrete ( skilsaw ) cutting. Patio is approximately 10x10 included in total sq. ft. I do not think there is any rebar- but it is possible the patio could have some. Saw cut locations are at picture # 1 and # 6.
