Join us as we drop into the body for a day of personal growth and wellness through breathwork and cold immersion. Danah will explain the science and techniques of cold immersion, and will guide you through a 30 minute breathwork, meditation, and sound bath session to oxidize the body and activate the nervous system before getting in the tub. You will be guided through the entire cold tub experience, with a goal of staying in for 3-5 minutes (or more). First timers & ice bath enthusiasts welcome!
