5K RUN & WALK - RAISING FUNDS FOR HOMELESS & COMMUNITY CHARITIESGOAL - $20,000ENTRY FEES:Student Fee : $20 Everyone Else : By 9/24/2022 $30.00 After 9/24/2022 $35.00 Age Groups: 12 and under, 13-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-70, 71-80, 81 and over. AWARDS & Ceremony: Will be given to overall M/F Winners, and top two (2) M/F age group winners, Ceremony and beer in the PLC courtyard at 10:30 am. #1 Group Participation AwardThe three charities with the most number of runners and walkers listing them as their "Charity of Choice" will receive a share of the 5k Oktoberfest proceeds: 1st Place - Twenty (20%) of proceeds: 2nd Place - Fifteen (15%) of proceeds; 3rd Place - Ten (10%) of proceeds. #2 Random Drawing Awards:All runners and walkers listing a "Charity of Choice" recipient on their registration form will participate in a random drawing. If selected, your charity will receive five (5%) of the proceeds. WAIVERIn consideration of accepting my entry I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself, my heirs and executors waive and release forever, all claims for damages that I mya have against the sponsors, including but not limited to race officials, Palisades Lutheran Church and any person or entity associated with this event for any and all injuires suffered by me in this run/walk accordingly. I grant permission to all forgoing to use any photograph, recording or any other record or any other record of this event for any legitmate purpose.
