Live in caregiver

I am looking to connect with a kind and warm woman who might be interested in a live in caregiver position for a woman in her late 70's with dementia. She is kind and fairly self sufficient at this stage and would benefit from a nice companions who can support with organization, errands, meal prep, transportation to appointments and household tasks. She does not need hands on caregiving or 24/7 support so it's a fairly flexible gig where you'd certainly have time to yourself. The room is a small-medium size bedroom in a house in Watsonville in a quiet senior community. There is a medium size yard that would be nice to garden or plant things in. She does have a cat. This would start in mid October as we are putting in new flooring to make the place nicer. Compensation would be the room plus a stipend of $1000/ monthly.
