Dudley’s Bakery in Santa Ysabel is looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented Food handler/Barista to become a part of our team. At Dudley’s we make all our breads, bars and pastries in house. We’re looking for a team player who can work under pressure, possess outstanding customer service skills and takes pride in Dudley’s long-lasting legacy.
Responsibilities: •
Engage with our customers and respond to customer needs through clear and pleasant communicationFollow the policies and standards while providing excellent customer serviceTake orders, prepare beverages and serve pastriesFollow proper check, ATM, and credit proceduresFollow all cash handling proceduresCheck out customers efficiently and accuratelyClean and restock work area
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Be punctual and put-togetherAvailable to perform many different tasks within the store during each shiftMaintain regular and consistent attendance and punctualityMaintain good relations with co-workers and follow management direction.Punctuality, attendance, strong work ethics, teamwork and accountability are essential.Ability to work in fast paced environment with highest quality standards, efficiency, and speedMust be hard-working and detail oriented. Working weekends, holidays, and night shifts.Follow company employee handbook, procedures, signs and other safety and health policies and standards.
Other duties and responsibilities could be required as needed
This is a part-time permanent position (20-30 hours) but could be full-time for the right person. Shifts will include mornings and weekends.
Pay: $13-$15 depending on the experience
