Please don't blame PACC for your dog finding a home after you surrendered the dog to them. They are busting at the seams with dogs. People that surrender their dogs, the dog is put up for adoption immediately. Once you surrendered the dog you gave up all rights. This is your cross to bear not Pacc's.
