I'm worried about my old friend Andrew Flores. I know he moved back to Tucson and has dealt with drug problems. With all the fentanyl in Tucson now, I'd just like to be assured that he's still alive. He's 23 years old, Hispanic, about 6'0-6'1, skinny build, black/very dark brown hair, and a big nose. He has various stick and poke tattoos. I don't need to know where he's staying or what he's doing, I'd just like to know that he is alive. Thank you.
