40 Men and 40 Women will get to compete this year for prizes, opportunity to advance to the PA State Championship, and for just plain fun! Competition size one liter steins filled with (water, let's not waste beer now!) weighs right at five pounds. Each round of 10 will have to raise the stein perpendicular to your body. 90 degree angle with your arm straight out for as long as you can hold it.
