You have to know how to mask properly, know how to cut in, knows how to use a ladder and set it properly. Transportation to the job. I don't care how you get to the job. As long you show up on time. I always take good care of my helpers that help me out. Just have to work hard and work as a team. Ask question instead of guessing and messing up the work. Prevent a big headache to deal with.
