General Labor- replace 3 boards on deck….

Willow near 16th Ave, Marysville WA

Description

General Labor- Saturday September 17th starting by 9:00 a.m.- must have circular saw, chainsaw, drill and know how to use them. I have a drill and an electric chainsaw you could use but most folks prefer gas- so bring your own. MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION- no bus lines run out here. IF YOU HAVE A PICK UP I WILL PAY AN ADDITIONAL $50 plus $20 dump fee to haul off tree logs, brush, debris. One load will do it. SHOULDN’T TAKE MORE THAN 3-4 HOURS. $125.00. You can bring a helper but total is still $125.00. First- replace 2 boards on deck, put 2 more on deck. Put screws in all missing areas (had someone do board replacement and they didn’t complete nor did they put all of the screws in- but the holes are already made). You will need a circular saw to cut ends. Put wood putty in screw holes and any deep creased areas. Apply stain when dry. The deck has been stained so you will just be doing touch up using a roller. Second- (and while putty is drying above)- cut dead limbs off of one tree. If you have a pick up you can add to the haul off stuff; if not you will need to cut small enough to put in burn barrel. Once dead limbs are cut off spray the tree with insecticide. It attaches to water hose so easy to do. Third- small amount of weeding then spray round up along fence line in back yard. Small amount of weeding in front area. Fourth- Hang blinds in one room. Fifth- Put small shelf together. GO BACK AND APPLY STAIN TO DECK. HAUL OFF DEBRIS. Note- I have 3 ads posted- General Labor, House Cleaning and Organizing/ Clean garage. If you and a friend want to do all 3 projects you can. Just plan on a full day- as everything is to be done Saturday September 17th starting by 9:00 a.m. All of the projects could take you less time to complete; I was just putting in maximum time it should take based on having done previously. Make sure you have the skill set to use a chain saw, drill, and circular saw to replace deck boards and cut dead limbs.
