6pm Check-In: Ladies will check-in upon arrival and receive a scorecard to use for selecting matches and be seated with a number. Gentleman upon arrival will receive a scorecard to use for selecting matches and given a number to be seated in front of a lady based on the number. Gentleman will be rotated based on number sequence every 5-6 minutes. Our host will announce when time is up and guide the Gentelman to the next candiate. Use scorecards to notate who you are interested in speaking with further. Remember no pressure, this does not have to be the perfect match! Have fun and enjoy meeting new people. At the end, turn in scorecards to the host. We will calculate results and let you know your matches that night. You will be given the person's name and contact information. 8:30pm Mingle: Enjoy the rest of the night mingling. Open bar available with ticket purchase. NOTE: Event will be filmed. Please let host know if you do not want to be included in the film. NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
