The Mindset of Real Estate Series: Taking the overwhelm out of real estate starts with laying the foundation for your business….not what works for others, not what all the experts tell you you have to do, but truly getting to the root of what is important to you, knowing why you're doing it and what your goals are to keep the focus. The best part is while you earn CEUs, part of the registration fees will go to support Ele's Place with a donation on your behalf. ********* Wednesday, September 7, 9am-12pm Class 1: Building Your Referral Machine & Creating a Solid Foundation - 3 CEUs One thing we hear from Realtors® is that you are overwhelmed and don’t know what tools to use. This class begins to uncover your motivations, understanding yourself in business and establishing a database system. Being a relationship business we go over the tools of keeping in touch with clients and creating a referral business, since we know that more than 64% of transactions are repeat clients or referrals. Wednesday, September 14, 9am-12pm Class 2: Business Systems & Habits - Rise to the level of your systems, 3 CEUs In this class, you will begin to uncover what systems and habits you would like to implement in your business based on your goals, what motivates you and how you want to spend your time working ON and IN your business. The key is building trust and confidence in yourself and taking empowered action. Wednesday, October 5, 9am-12pm Class 3: Marketing & Video - Keep the chain going, authentically! 3 CEUs In this class you will begin to uncover how you think about your business and clients, and delve into your motivations on why you do (or don’t do) what you know you need to do to build a successful career in real estate. Once you have an understanding of what is authentic to you and what gets in your way, you can build a custom marketing plan that fits who you are and who you want to be…and a marketing system you will commit to. When you focus on tasks that are important to you and the ones you want to do, you will enhance your self confidence and begin to attract clients that match. Wednesday, October 12, 9am-12pm Class 4: Nurturing Relationships & Money Matters , 3 CEUs In this class you will do a deep dive in nurturing client relationships, and will continue on ways to grow and harvest your database. You will drill down to who you want to work with and create healthy boundaries. As we know we are in the relationship business, yet we would not be able to do it without making money. Keeping a focus on how you think about money or lack thereof, will clear the way to having a business you love.
