Inspiring Women of Pinellas is a non-profit 501(c)3 dedicated to improving the lives of women in need. Please join us for our signature fundraising event, “Rock the Runway," where approximately 200 attendees will gather to give back to the Pinellas County Community. This year’s event will be hosted by The Countryside Mall. Proceeds from "Rock the Runway" will support the mission of The Morton Plant Mease Hospital Foundation’s Susan Cheek Needler Breast Center and Inspiring Women of Pinellas. The Foundation supports breast health for all women through the Mammography Voucher Program. Those who qualify, get free screenings, free mammograms, free diagnostics, and sometimes even free cancer treatment. Inspiring Women of Pinellas and The Morton Plant Mease Hospital Foundation’s Susan Cheek Needler Breast Center are proud to present this year’s mission moment speaker, Dr.Negar Golesorkhi, MD from the Susan Cheek Needler Breast Center. Dr. Golesorkhi is a board-certified breast surgical oncologist with BayCare Medical Group serving the Clearwater area. Her passion is to raise awareness in prevention and treatment of breast related disease in marginalized communities. Dr. Golesorkhi is a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons and the Society of Surgical Oncology and is affiliated with Morton Plant Hospital.
