Job Summary:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join us at a small Financial/CPA office located in Mokena.
Responsibilities:
Handle Cash Management-LOA’s, pay invoices, prepare deposits
Coordinate and communicate with brokerage firms and clients
File Annual Reports
Pay client taxes electronically via EFTPS
Assemble tax returns
Maintain a filing system
Clerical tasks-printing and scanning
Maintain a contact list
Communicates accurately and effectively
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Available to work Monday through Thursday 8:30-5:00.
Capable of handling multiple tasks at one time
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Good Computer skills-Word, Excel and Internet
Five years Administrative Assistant experience.
