US Air Force vet needs help getting into inpatient TX at the Dom

My name is Jon. I am a veteran of the United States Air Force. I am currently homeless in the Portland area and am going to Southern Oregon to check into inpatient treatment at the VA in White City Oregon. I'm reaching out today because I need a couple things that happened before I can get in two treatment. Since Sasha my service dog,a German Shepherd, will be going with me, I need to have her shots and wellness check done. The the Jackson vetranary hospital in Medford Oregon is where I hoped to take her. And a dog carrier. I need a dog carrier, ( it's not like you could carry my 120 lb German Shepherd in the carrier anyway), And finally the last thing I need is fuel to get there. Feel free to contact me.
