Up for adoption: ​Male & Female Moluccan Cockatoos. ​Reyna – Female 7 years old. ​​Reyna is a very large and beautiful bird. (females are usually 20% larger then males) She is hand tamed and loves affection and attention from the right person. She loves to roam around on the floor as this it is natural for Moluccans for forage on the ground for food. When she’s down and about, throw her a ball and she’ll play with you for hours. Reyna does a “pretty girl” whistle and will occasionally say, “I love you”. Gable- Male 17 years old. ​​Gable came to us as a rehab in January 2022. He had been plucked his entire chest and legs as a result of anxiety when his person died. We have a large flock and a very active home. That was the perfect ticket to his rehabilitation. He still has a few bald spots on his legs which are filling in nicely, but his chest feathers are fully grown and he’s looking beautiful. Gable also does the “pretty girl” whistle. He says, “I love you” and in an evil gravelly voice says, “Screw you”. Of additional note: Reyna and Gable are quite smitten with one another. It would not surprise me if they bond soon. Both birds are very happy, and their unique behaviors are absolutely fascinating. For this reason, I hope they can go together. Gable and Reyna come with 1 large cage which they happily share, should they go together. Or their own large cage should they go to different homes. Both Gable and Reyna are healthy birds and will come with freshly groomed wings, beaks, & toes. There is a rehoming fee. Please DM me for more pictures and videos.
